Who we are
Prep11.com (“we”) runs this practice website. Contact: support@prep11.com or our contact page.
What we collect
- Parent account: your email address, and a first name if you choose to add one. There are no passwords: each sign-in uses a one-time code we email you, and we store only a scrambled (hashed) copy of that code until it expires.
- Child profiles: a nickname, an age band and an area. Please use a nickname, not a full name. We don't collect children's photos, dates of birth or contact details.
- Practice data: which questions were shown, the answers given and the time taken, so we can mark tests, show progress and make sure questions never repeat.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We keep a record of what you bought and the amount; card details never reach our servers.
- Security logs: IP addresses are stored only as salted one-way hashes, for rate limiting and fraud prevention.
What we don't do
- No advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
- No child data is ever sent to AI services. Our question generator receives only syllabus descriptions.
- We don't sell or share personal data.
Your rights
You can download all your data or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting a child profile deletes its practice history.
Emails
We send account emails (for example, a free trial notice) and an optional weekly progress summary, which you can turn off in Settings.
